This year's Parade

This year's Apple Blossom Kiddie Parade (official name: Keyes Fiber Youth Parade)
was WINDY  !

Rolli and Vivian sitting right on the curb watching the parade go by.

Not too many of the parade participants got my attention.
But I did think this little Jiggle Bug Express was super cute :)
Marshall found a blue star that had blown off of a float and he gave it to Rolli.
Rolli waved it at the passing parade and even carried it all the way back home.

Of course Sponge Bob and his broken down ride caught Rolli and Viv's attention!

Vivian and me.

Rollin waving the star at his friends!
That's St. Paul's float, the childcare center that Rolli and Viv go to.

And you know that all the parade watching in the wind was sure to make us hungry!
We couldn't pass up a couple of food fair corn dogs for our growing kids :)

You know you are at a Festival in Wenatchee when they have
apple bins instead of picnic tables!

I think the T. Rex on Rolli's shirt ate more of the corn dog than Rolli actually did.

Since the little Apple Blossom Parade we've still been watching the highschool band march around our neighborhood practicing for the Grand Parade this Saturday.
It's almost better than hearing the ice cream truck drive by.
