I try to be fair...

So whenever I take pictures of Vivian, I take pictures of Rolli too.

For no reason other than that I think my kiddos are stinkin' cute!

Vivian had her time in the spot light showing off her new hair accessories.

Now it's Rolli's turn to stand around and look good.

He his growing into such a handsome young boy!

Rolli and Vivian have been upgraded to toddler beds.

I love getting mail.

Before Christmas my friend Kayla sent Vivian a package of four little hair accessories.

Four satin ribbon flowers.

Two on elastic headbands and two on clips.

Of course Kayla made these for Vivian!

They look so sweet on her!

And I love the different colors!

Rolli and Vivian are great little eaters.

Especially when they are hungry.

They'll eat just about anything that I cook up.

Even pork pot roast.

Vivian really likes roasted carrots.

I am super proud to share our 2011 family pictures!

Taken by the oh-so-talented Drucille.

This is my favorite picture!!

And the only one with ALL 4 of us looking in the same direction.

Rolli is handsomely mature.

Vivian is sweetly cute as always.

Marshall is forever the best Dad and my dream husband.

And I think this photo even nicely complements my looks.

Vivian just wanted Hugs and her blankey.

Rolli was restless and hungry.

Sylvia didn't want anything to do with the family pictures.

And Bella thought Dru had come over just to scratch her belly.

That's why I wanted Dru to take our pictures.

I was confident that she would make us look wonderful ;)

Marshall and I both enjoyed about 6 full hours of freedom today!

Katy, Vivian and Rolli.

We first met Katy at the kids daycare last summer.

She agreed to watch the twins a couple of days a week while I finished up school last fall.

Rolli and Vivian never cried when we left them with Katy.

That's always a relief from a parent's point of view.  

We hadn't seen Katy for about a month.

And I'm not going to lie....

It was a nice break for all of us today.

But I think Katy had to work pretty hard to keep the busy kiddos out of trouble.

No break for her.

bean bags

Rolli and Vivian's new bean bags!

This is what the kids got for Christmas from me and Marshall.

I used the same bean bag pattern that I've been using for about 10 years now.

Vivian's bean bag is made with a soft corduroy.

Rolli's bean bag is upholstery weight fabric with blue and green animals.

The kids new bean bags are perfect for sitting in while watching "Veggie Tales"

And they're perfect for...

reading books,

jumping on,

sliding across the floor,

snuggling with Mommy and Daddy,

hiding under,

ect....

Bella thinks the bean bags are a perfect spot for a nap.

Play Gym!

We've been going to play gym at S.P.O.R.T.S. gymnastics.

The kids LOVE it!

I tried to get some pictures a few weeks ago but they move so fast.

All I got were a couple of blurry pictures.  

So this week I took video.

Vivian.  

This little one does her own thing.

She is cautious, persistent and detail oriented.
