Rolli, Vivian and me started our road trip to Montana with a stop at Grandma and Grandpa's house in Yakima last Thursday. After a play date and a skipped nap on Thursday we drove the first 110 miles with Rolli and Vivian passed out! By the time we arrived at Grandma's the babies were well rested and ready to explore!
Cool!
Rolli found the toy truck that his cousin Caleb had left.
Vivian quickly acquired the truck.
Rolli decided to just let her have and look busy gardening instead.
Then Vivian spotted Grandma's newly potted plants.
(by default Rolli got the truck back)
Oh, you know she was fast about pulling those plants up!
Rolli was helping Grandma water... then he got thirsty.
This is the first time I've seen him drink from the hose.
Vivian, "um, Rolli did you just get water on me?"
Rolli, "hmm?"
Vivian, "You're not doing it right! Give that to me!"
Workin' hard in his baby muscle shirt to rearrange Grandma's yard.
All of this playing wore them out!
After a big dinner and a quick bath they were off to bed.
Sleep tight! We have a looooong drive in the morning!
And me and Mom got busy in the kitchen prepping for a 100 person catering.
